We source food from all over so we can find the best options for you.

We prioritize buying in bulk and sourcing from vendors who are willing to work with us on using reusable food storage containers. Our goal is to make it easy for you to pick the products that best meet your needs.


How can I return my jars?

Every time you place a new Zero order, simply place your jars and totes outside, and our driver will take them back. 


What's your return policy?

We aren't currently accepting returns. If you have any issues with a delivery, just contact our Experience Team, who'll be more than happy to assist you.


My order arrived outside of the expected delivery time. How can I a redeem your offer for a refund?

Oh no! It's important to us that everyone receive their order on time and we're sorry to hear whenever we haven't met our own expectations. Please contact our Experience Team with your order number, and they'll help you with a refund.
